The Melkite Catholic Net Ring

Let us keep one another in our prayers. May the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, the love of God the Father, and the communion of the Holy Spirit be with you all, now and ever and unto ages of ages.

The primary purpose of the Melkite Greek Catholic Church Net Ring is to spread the gospel of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, the Son of God, the second person in the most Holy Trinity.
The secondary purpose is to increase communication between Melkites.

All Melkite Greek Catholic Church Web Sites are welcome and encouraged to apply.

How does your parish benefit by joining the Melkite Greek Catholic Church Net Ring? Research has proven that Net rings increase traffic to your Web site. Hopefully, the increased traffic will lead to increased interest in your parish which will lead to increased attendance in your parish, etc. and to increased communication by your parish to other Melkite parishes.

How does the Melkite Church benefit by the Melkite Greek Catholic Church Net Ring? The answer is evangelism. Evangelizing the people who are already Melkite and the people who learn about the Melkite Church via the World Wide Web. Evangelizing via teaching, educating, giving contact info, etc. The World Wide Web is a means of evangelization. The Melkite Greek Catholic Church Net Ring gives quick and easy access to a wide variety of Melkite sites. Hopefully, when people click thru the Greek Catholic Church Net Ring, they will find a Web site that "speaks" to them and will follow that "voice".

Any Web Site is welcome on this ring as long as it fulfills all of the following requirements (please read them carefully):

The Ringmanager reserves the absolute right to exclude from the ring any site which does not meet all of the above criteria.

Neither the Melkite Catholic Net Ring, its Ringmanager, the members of the ring or Ringsurf.com is liable for any member that changes his or her site after being accepted into the ring. Any site in the ring found to violate the rules of the Melkite Catholic Net Ring will be removed and its webmaster notified as to why it was removed.

If your Web Site qualifies to join the Melkite Catholic Net Ring, you may add your Web Site to the Net Ringby doing the following four steps:

1. Please go to this page and complete the RingSurf Net Ring Submit a site to Melkite Catholic form. The home page and the page with the code must be registered with the Melkite Catholic Net Ring. http://www.ringsurf.com/netring?ring=Melkite_Catholic;action=addform

2. Please download the two images and place them in an images directory.
To download an image, please click on the image, select Save Image As, save the image to your harddrive.
Please do not link to the image.

3. Copy and paste the code on any place on any page on your Website. Use the code e-mailed to you after RingSurf accepts the registration of your Web Site or the code on the code page.
If you use the code e-mailed to you, you will not have to change the code.
The finished Melkite Catholic Net Ring should look similar to the Melkite Catholic Net Ring at the bottom of this page.
Please feel free to change the background color to a good color for your Web site. Also, please feel free to change the size of the box. I could not pick a color and size good for all web sites.
Please do NOT change the two icons because Web Rings are know by their icons.

4. Please e-mail Martha Liles when you have done 1-3. I will check appropriateness of the Web Site. I will check code on the Web Site. If the Web Site is appropriate and the code is good, I will add the Site to the Melkite Catholic Net Ring.
