The Holy Eucharist is the true Body and Blood of Holy God the Son within the Holy Trinity / Our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ, present under the appearance of bread and wine.

Transubstantiation is the result of the Consecration of the Leavened Qurban

Holy Eucharist consecrated leavened Qurban. Leavened Qurban is consecrated during the Divine Liturgy.

"Transubstantiation" is "the change in the bread and wine from the substance (essence) of bread and wine to the substance (essence) of the Body and Blood of Holy God the Son within the Holy Trinity / Our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ with only the accidents (appearance), such as as taste, color, shape, and smell of bread and wine remaining".

"Transubstantiation" happens when the bread and the wine are consecrated during the Divine Liturgy.

Consecration of The Bread and The Wine

The bread and the wine are sacred gifts.
The priest offers the gifts of bread and wine on behalf of the faithful. Then, he recalls the words of Holy God the Son within the Holy Trinity / Our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ on the night on which He was delivered up for the life of the world. Then, in the Epiclesis / Prayer of Consecration , he asks Holy God the Holy Spirit to come down from heaven on the gifts of bread and wine to make the bread into the Body of Holy God the Son within the Holy Trinity / Our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ, and the wine into the Blood of Holy God the Son within the Holy Trinity / Our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ, changing them by the power of the Holy Spirit.

The "Words of Institution" are the words which Holy God the Son within the Holy Trinity / Our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ spoke at the Mystical Supper and which the priest pronounces over the bread and the wine to the change them from the substance (essence) of bread and wine to the substance (essence) of the Body and Blood of Holy God the Son within the Holy Trinity / Our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ with only the accidents (appearance), such as as taste, color, shape, and smell of bread and wine remaining.

After the Consecration, the Body of Holy God the Son within the Holy Trinity / Our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ under the appearance of bread is called "Precious Body". After the Consecration, the Blood of Holy God the Son within the Holy Trinity / Our Lord, God and Savior Jesus Christ under the appearance of wine is called the "Precious Blood".

O God of all spirits and of all flesh, who have destroyed death, overcome the devil, and given life to the world: grant, O Lord, to the souls of your servants Bucky and Shirley, who has departed from this life, that it may rest in a place of light, in a place of happiness, in a place of peace, where there is no pain, no grief, no sighing. And since You are a gracious God and the Lover of Mankind, forgive him/her every sin he/she has committed by thought, or word, or deed, for there is not a man who lives and does not sin : You alone are without sin, your righteousness is everlasting, and your word is true. You are the Resurrection and the Life, and the repose of your departed servants Bucky and Shirley. O Christ our God, and we send up glory to You, together with your eternal Father and your all-holy, good and life-giving Spirit, now and always and for ages upon ages. Amen.
